You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.<\/p>\n Proof of Status:<\/strong> UK Residence permit, endorsed in the passport or issued as a Biometrics card, must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area. C type visitor visa is not acceptable.<\/p>\n Confirmation of Employment:<\/strong> Employer letter (original \u2013 hand Signed) recent (less than 10 days old), signed, headed letter (addressed to the Embassy, name,\u00a0and position of the signee and confirming applicant\u2019s employment) also provide the latest 3 months payslips.<\/p>\n Bank statements:<\/strong> Original or pdf copy of 3 months UK current account bank statements. The financial ability for travel should show \u00a3 50 per day of stay abroad and having sufficient funds to pay the cost of travel and accommodation. The statement shouldn\u2019t be older than 5 days.<\/p>\n Proof of travel:<\/strong> (airplane, train, boat, coach, (hired) car) Confirmed return travel tickets mentioning applicant\u2019s name and travel dates. When traveling by car, car registration, car insurance, and return travel tickets (ferry or Eurotunnel) mention the car\u2019s registration number and driver\u2019s driving license. If the applicant is not the driver, then the driver\u2019s cover letter (signed & dated) confirming joint travel with the applicant and travel dates need to be provided too. When travel tickets have been paid through a travel agency, then a receipt, an invoice, or a payment confirmation is also required.<\/p>\n Proof of accommodation:<\/strong> Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including the name of the applicant, travel dates,\u00a0and accommodation address details.<\/p>\n Travel insurance:<\/strong> (all-risk medical travel insurance) clearly showing the applicant\u2019s name, covering the entire period of the intended stay in the Schengen Area. The minimum coverage for medical emergencies and repatriation must be \u20ac 30.000. If covered by your bank please provide a recent letter not older than 1 month confirming your insurance details.<\/p>\n Proof of business invitation:<\/strong> Invitation letter from a company\/business confirming the purpose of visit, travel dates,\u00a0and arrangements for accommodation\/travel (if applicable).Entry tickets or registration for fairs\/congresses\/conferences\/seminars only for employees.
